For this project, I focused on the element of art called line, creating designs that show different meanings, feelings, and moods. A line is a mark made by a moving point, and it can be straight, curved, textured, or abstract. I used curved lines like “Calm” and “Wave” to create a sense of peace, textured lines like “Brush” to show creativity, and straight, rigid lines like “Fries” and “Perfect” to represent structure and direction. I also made symbolic lines, like “Heart,” inspired by a heartbeat, to represent emotion and life, and “Life,” with loops and an arrow, to show growth and progress. I used digital tools to adjust how each line looks, changing thickness, shape, and texture to match the idea I wanted to share. I hope people notice how these simple lines can tell stories and create emotions, showing the importance of this basic part of art.
